HOLLYWOOD (Florida)–The Diplomat Beach Resort has reopened under the name Signia By Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.
Signia By Hilton has added the Diplomat Beach Resort to its portfolio of luxurious hotels around the world.
This property was originally built in 1958. The 1,000-room property was transformed by $80m in public areas and dining venues after Trinity Investments acquired it 2023.

Redesigned resort lobby features foliage, bringing in more natural light.
This space is layered with lounge seating, communal table, and nooks. The Verandah is the newly-reimagined outdoor location of the resort, located beyond the lobby. There are now a variety of activities on the deck, including the Solara Infinity Pool, the Grand Lagoon Pool, the Verandah Social Club for adults only, cabanas, daybeds, as well as a brand new oceanfront Jacuzzi.
Horizon Lawn is a brand new outdoor space that can be used for family events and entertainment, as well as meetings. With 1,000 feet of semi private beach and The Verandah, the resort is positioned as a coastal getaway.

The six dining locations, which were updated earlier this year and are now led by Miguel Santiago as director of culinary, offer a seamless experience from day to night. Palmea Kitchen serves Mediterranean-influenced breakfast dishes in a greenery-filled setting.

Club Signia is located on the third floor and offers 6,660 square foot of space indoors and out, with views both to the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. This Club is available for guests who reserve premium rooms on the floors 32-36 and Hilton Honors Diamond Reserve Members.
Club Signia, inspired by private members clubs, offers a personalized welcome from an ambassador prior to arrival, access to priority hotel amenities and lounge environments that change throughout the day. The guests can enjoy an curated breakfast and midday meals, as well as evening sweets and cocktails, bites that focus on wellness, and upgrades to their room amenities.
The Verandah Social Club
Reservations for the Verandah Social Club are available via ResortPass, to hotel guests as well as South Florida locals or visitors.
