HOLLYWOOD (Florida)–The Diplomat Beach Resort has reopened under the name Signia By Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.

Signia By Hilton has added the Diplomat Beach Resort to its portfolio of luxurious hotels around the world.

This property was originally built in 1958. The 1,000-room property was transformed by $80m in public areas and dining venues after Trinity Investments acquired it 2023.

Chris Nassetta is the president and CEO of Hilton. Redesigned resort lobby features foliage, bringing in more natural light.

This space is layered with lounge seating, communal table, and nooks. The Verandah is the newly-reimagined outdoor location of the resort, located beyond the lobby. There are now a variety of activities on the deck, including the Solara Infinity Pool, the Grand Lagoon Pool, the Verandah Social Club for adults only, cabanas, daybeds, as well as a brand new oceanfront Jacuzzi.

Horizon Lawn is a brand new outdoor space that can be used for family events and entertainment, as well as meetings. With 1,000 feet of semi private beach and The Verandah, the resort is positioned as a coastal getaway.

The Verandah Social Club
